Version 1.0.4 was released today (10/17/08)

While this release was mostly to clean up the 1.0.2 release, there were
some larger items included:

- Brand new GoogleAnalyticsReactor (318)
- LogCodec is now much more configurable (125)
- Protocols can now be configured via the UI (248)
- XML configurations can now be copied & pasted (306)
- HTTPProtocol now lets you configure how content is extracted (250)
- Added support for "sticky" page and session clickstream fields (335)

Some of the fixes include:
- Complex graphs work correctly (326)
- NetworkCapture had some deadlock conditions (324, 301, 304)
- Improvements on Internet Explorer behavior
