I am having some trouble setting up PION as a Windows Service. The Service status is always "Starting" and I couldn't STOP or RESTART it (even reboot the machine). Is there a log somewhere that will indicate what went wrong?
I seems to be able to start it as an application.

Which version of Windows are you using? Microsoft has bugs in Vista and 2008 RC1 that prevent Pion from running properly as a service. Windows XP, Windows 2008 RC2 and Windows 7 all should work fine, though. If you're running one of those then there may be some more info available in your Event Log.
