I've setup a new libpion-dev@atomiclabs.com mailing list for developers
of the library, and also hooked it in with subversion so that an
automated email is sent for every commit (I THINK it works now ;-) . I'm
hoping to find a way to plug this into the website/forums, but may need
to do some experimenting over the next few weeks.

Rather than sending direct emails back and forth, I think we should use
this list for all libpion development discussions.
